Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering student specializing in 3D CAD design, simulation, and robotics.
I'm a final-year Integrated Master's student in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at Dublin City University. My background spans 3D product development, CAD design, and hands-on equipment maintenance.
During my time managing DCU's 3D printing lab and working as a Site Engineer, I developed a strong foundation in hardware troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. I enjoy taking projects through their entire lifecycle—from initial SolidWorks modeling and ANSYS simulation, down to component sourcing and physical assembly.

Hands-on Focus
Showcasing my hands-on experience in mechanical design, robotics, simulation, and manufacturing processes.
MEng Final Year Project · DCU 2026
Centrifugal microfluidic platform that deterministically captures and relocates single cells into co-location chambers using 90° mechanical indexing — no on-chip valves required.
Advanced FEA Module · DCU 2026
Nonlinear FEA of balloon-expandable cardiovascular stent in ANSYS — hyperelastic balloon, plastic SS304 stent, frictional contact, and parametric pressure study validated against Chua et al.
Technical Support Officer · DCU 2024–2026
Managed 24 networked 3D printers via Raspberry Pi & 3DPrinterOS, performed daily hardware diagnostics and preventative maintenance, supported 200+ student users, and advised on CAD design for physical prototyping.
